EAST ANGLIA TRANSPORT MUSEUM
CARLTON COLVILLE
Today's weather: Warm and sunny.
The East Anglia Transport Museum at
Carlton Colville is unique in that it is the only
museum in Great Britain where visitors
can ride on all three principle forms of public
transport from the early 20th century .

A view looking up the main street, note the vast array of overhead cables.

No.159, A 1927 Blackpool corporation tram
standing at the terminus waiting for
passengers.

A 1938 London Transport 6 wheel trolleybus.

This is a recreation of an old shop, full of items of interest from yesteryear.
..

..

Some old advertising signs.

A unusual old telephone box.

A 1948 milk float from the Ivy farm dairy in Oulton
Broad, the dairy is still open and still
delivering milk using very old milk floats, the only real
differance today is that the
telephone No. is longer although still retaining the 68 at the end.

An old RAC telephone box, many a motorist
would have been glad of them it in the days
before cars became more reliable.

Two trams and a trolleybus standing at the terminus.
