Ilfracombe Harbour.

 

Lantern Hill

M S Oldenburg the Lundy Island ferry at her moorings in front of Lantern Hill, atop the hill stands the 13th century chapel of St Nicholas .

 

Admirals House

Ilfracombe harbour, in the centre stands the Admirals House, now luxury holiday apartments; it was originally the manor house and has commanded its position overlooking the harbour since 1720.

 

Foreland lighthouse

A little way along the coast stands the Foreland lighthouse.

 

High cliffs

Dramatic cliffs along this part of the Devon coast.
