Very overcast at Oulton Broad today although a few minutes later the sun was shining but the strong wind was making for very rough water.

A few boats moored on the Broad but most are pulled out and put into safe storage for the winter.

The Broad was so rough today even the ducks retreated to the safety of this pond.

These seats are such a lovely place to sit in summer but you would have to be very brave to sit here today.

At last some colour is beginning to return especially after all the wet and windy weather we've been having lately, roll on summer!
